There's only one problem: A sorority moves in next door to a house being sold.
A sorority led by Shelby played by Chloe Grace Moretz.
This also causes tension with another sorority led by Madison played by Selena Gomez.
The movie also stars Zac Efron as Teddy Sanders a former leader of a fraternity.
